What we collect

Morky Auto Imports (“Morky”, “we”) collects only the information you give us: your name, email, phone number, and the message you write when enquiring about a car or sending a brief. If you’re browsing the site without submitting a form, we don’t collect any personal data.

How we use it

Your contact details are used to reply to you personally about the import you’re interested in. We don’t sell or share them. John also keeps a hashed record of your IP and the browser you used when submitting, to help detect automated spam.

Storage

Messages are stored in an encrypted database on Cloudflare, geographically closest to where you sent them. We keep messages until you ask us to delete them, or for six years (whichever is first).

Third parties

We use Cloudflare for hosting and spam protection. We don’t use advertising cookies. Basic, cookieless analytics may be used to count page views.

Your rights

Email us any time to see, change, or delete your information. We reply to every request within 30 days.
